Pirates Add Second Contest With Campbell To 2019 Schedule

GREENVILLE, N.C. – In an effort to make up games lost due to inclement weather, the ECU softball team will now host a doubleheader against Campbell March 6 at the ECU Softball Stadium.

The teams were originally slated to play a single game in Greenville that day, but will now start game one at 3 p.m. with game two beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.

The Pirates continue their homestand this weekend (March 1-3), welcoming Columbia, UMass and Winthrop to the ECU Softball Stadium for the Purple-Gold Invitational. Â
