ECU (13-2) is on a 13-game winning streak and has not allowed opponents to score a point in its past seven matches. The Pirates most recently swept Charlotte 4-0 at home.

Alisa Diercksen leads ECU with a 17-8 singles record and has won nine straight matches. Lisa Hofbauer (12-10) and Celia Ruiz (11-3) have both won nine straight as well, with all of Hofbauer's wins coming on the top court while Ruiz has split time between courts one and two. Nastja Rettich is second on the team with a 15-6 record while Minette Van Vreden (14-8) and Martina Paladini-Jennings (13-6) have double digit win totals in their first season on campus.

In doubles, Diercksen and Hofabuer have formed a formidable tandem and have a 13-4 record. The pairing are 8-3 on the top court while Celia Ruiz and Minette Van Vreden have controlled court two, going 6-1 thee. Hsia Ho Chiao and Nastja Rettich have been the most consistent third pairing for ECU, going 3-3 on court three.

Elon (7-6) is a perfect 3-0 at home this season, beating North Carolina A&T, North Carolina Central and Radford in friendly confines. Olivia Archer leads the Phoenix with a 7-3 singles mark and she is 5-1 on court six. Suzanne Zenoni has played 11 matches on court one for Elon, going 3-8 there. In doubles, Alex Koniaev and Matia Paraja are 4-4 on the top court while Uma Nayar and Nicole Shiau are 4-2 on court two. Last season, ECU trailed Elon 3-2, but wins by Chiao and Hofbauer helped ECU overturn

North Carolina A&T (0-10) is still looking for the first win of the season. Like the Pirates, the Aggies will play two matches on Saturday with North Carolina A&T hosting Longwood at 9 a.m. The Aggies are just 4-53 in singles matches this season and 1-25 in doubles contests. Last season, the Pirates topped the Aggies 6-1 with Hofbauer, Diercksen, Annija Veinsteina and Victoria Dixon getting wins.

ECU will first take on Elon, starting at 11 a.m. Fans can follow the live scoring of that match here. The Pirates will then head to North Carolina A&T for a 4 p.m., match.
