Pirates Announce 2019 Fall Competition Schedule

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina softball team will play eight games as part of its 2019 fall exhibition schedule, according to an announcement Wednesday by fifth-year head coach Courtney Oliver.

The Pirates open the slate at home Sept. 27 with a 10-inning game against Louisburg College before hosting UNC Pembroke Sept. 29 in another 10-inning affair.

ECU hits the road to Wilmington Oct. 5 for a pair of matchups against Duke and UNCW then returns to Greenville Oct. 12 for a doubleheader versus Elon and a 10-inning contest with North Carolina the next day.

East Carolina and NC State will meet Oct. 19 in Raleigh to close things out with a 10-inning encounter.
