
ECU Welcomes Fans Back To Athletic Venues

ECU Athletics is prepared to welcome a limited number of spectators back into athletic venues beginning this weekend.

Please keep in mind COVID-19 safety protocols remain in place at all athletic venues. In compliance with the recent executive order, ECU and ECU Athletics will continue to have a targeted and safe approach to ensure the health and safety of all fans, student-athletes, coaches, and staff. Measures will continue to be monitored and updated at the appropriate time as we continue to mitigate the risk of the transmission of COVID-19.

Please stay home if you have COVID-19, if you have symptoms of COVID-19, if you are waiting for COVID-19 test results or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

Gatherings
- Fans must limit gatherings to a maximum of 10 individuals outdoor on University property.
- Chairs, grills, tents and coolers will be permitted outside of an individual's vehicle. Items must fit and remain in the individual's parking spot.
- Chairs, grills, tents and coolers are NOT PERMITTED in empty parking spaces.
- Please correctly and consistently wear a mask that completely covers your nose and mouth
- Stay at least 6 feet away from non-household guests.
- Fans should not share food or drinks or personal items (e.g., noisemakers) with people they don't live with.

Baseball
Baseball
- Gates will open 2 hours prior to first pitch. Scanners will be used at all gates, so please have your tickets ready to be scanned. Be certain you arrive early to avoid waiting in line and the potential for delayed admittance.
- To adhere to social distancing guidelines, numerous individuals have been moved from their normal seats. All spectators are required to practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Individuals must sit in assigned seat.
- Individuals will have an assigned seat and area in the Williams Jungle and must stay in that seat/area. Individuals are permitted to bring their own chair to replace the seat provided by ECU Athletics.
- Individuals with tickets in the Williams Jungle will not be permitted in the stands.Â
- The ECU student section will be in right field of the Williams Jungle.
- Individuals that have parking passes in the Williams Jungle, but have seats in the stands will need to enter through main gate.
- Families of student-athletes and coaches will continue to claim tickets at Clark-LeClair Ticket Office.

- We have limited capacity (approximately 200) at Johnson Stadium and Max R. Joyner Family Stadium.
- Families of student-athletes and coaches will continue to claim tickets at main gate. Additional admittance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis when gates open 1 hour prior to competition.
- All spectators are required to practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Volleyball
- Minges Coliseum will have a capacity of approximately 700 spectators based on configuration due to COVID-19 protocols.
- Admittance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis on the day of the event and fans will enter at the entrance to the Smith-Williams Center 1 hour prior to competition.
- All spectators are required to practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

ECU Student Tickets
Students will be eligible for baseball tickets beginning on Friday, March 5 vs. Appalachian State. Tickets can be claimed at the Clark-LeClair Ticket Office beginning 2 hours prior to first pitch. Student tickets are on a first-come, first serve basis. Students must have a VALID ECU 1CARD to receive their free student ticket and be admitted into Clark-LeClair Stadium.

The student section will be in right field of the Williams Jungle. We will have capacity for approximately 125 students and will have assigned seats grouped in two-person pods separated by a minimum distance of six feet. Individuals with tickets in the Williams Jungle will not be permitted in the stands.Â

A portion of tickets will be allocated for students on a first-come, first serve basis to attend soccer, lacrosse, softball, and volleyball competitions.

General Public Parking
Parking for baseball fans without reserved parking passes will be available in the Carol Belk Building Lot along Charles Boulevard. Parking is limited and, similar to the other lots, will open two hours prior to game time. Spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

If baseball is not playing at home, general public parking will be available in Clark-LeClair lot as well as the Carol Belk Building Lot. Parking will be available for volleyball matches around Minges Coliseum.
