GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's soccer travels to Philadelphia, Pa. on Sunday for a matchup with the Temple Owls. Kickoff is slated for 12:30 p.m. The game will be available for streaming on ESPN+.

Last Time Out
The Pirates winless streak was extended to five games, with three-straight losses with a tough 1-0 defeat at conference No. 1 UCF. Despite taming the red-hot Knights offense, ECU was unable to find a goal of their own and the lone fifth-minute goal proved to be the difference.

Scouting the Owls
Temple has had a tough run of it this season. At 1-9-4 overall and 0-6 in conference play, the Owls earned their lone win over Long Island University. Temple has only scored one goal in conference play, in a 3-1 loss against Cincinnati on Oct. 9 and most recently have taken back-to-back 2-0 losses to Memphis and South Florida.

Only six players have scored goals for the Owls and only two have multiple goals: Kathryn Cortiz and Carly Steinberg with two apiece.

Series History
ECU leads the short all-time series 4-2-2 dating back to 2014. Neither team has won consecutive games in the series, something the Pirates will look to change Sunday.
