GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina soccer team finally wraps up their three-game road swing as they travel to Cullowhee for a date with the Western Carolina Catamounts on Sunday at 1 p.m. The game will be available for streaming on ESPN+.

Last Time Out
The Pirates enter the game after having their four-game win streak snapped by No. 14 Duke last time out. The Blue Devils struck early in the game and once more, late in the first half. The Pirates put up a great fight in the second half but were unable to put a dangerous ball on goal as the game ticked to a close with a 2-0 margin.

Scouting the Catamounts
Western Carolina enters the game following a 5-0 trouncing by No. 11 Clemson and a cancelled game against App State Thursday due to weather. That Clemson match is far from the story of their season as the Catamounts have managed some solid results, like a 5-1 win over Winthrop. They've done so with a two-headed monster in Isabella DeMarco and Naya Marcil who have scored all nine goals for the team on the year.

Series History
The Pirates and Catamounts have met nine times through the years with the Pirates holding an 8-1 edge, but it's been a bit with the last matchup coming in 2016. ECU took that matchup, also on the road, by an impressive 4-0 margin.
