Pirates Set To Compete In Cutter Creek Match Play Friday

Snow Hill, N.C. – The East Carolina women's golf team returns to competition this Friday when the Pirates host the Cutter Creek Match Play.
The single-day event will be contested at the par-72, 6,419-yard Cutter Creek Golf Club.
Teams will be seeded from the NCAA Scoreboard rankings. Team seeded No. 1 will play Team seeded No. 4 and Team seeded No. 2 will play Team seeded No. 3 in the morning matches. The two winning teams will play each other in the championship match in the afternoon matches. The two losing teams will play each other in the third-place match in the afternoon matches. The individuals will be seeded and placed into 3 brackets of 4 individuals.
Joining the Pirates will be Georgia State, Radford and High Point. The Pirates' team lineup will consist of Ella Stalvey, Oda Sofie Kilsti, Macie Burcham, Danielle Modder and Marta Perez. Nicole Nash, Andrea Miralles, Zoe Allaux and Grayson Warren will compete as individuals.

The Pirates will conclude their spring slate Apr. 1-2 when they host the Ironwood Invitational at Ironwood Golf and Country Club.
