
Pirates Visit Liberty For Two-Day Meet

Lynchburg, Va. – The East Carolina women's swimming and diving team is set to hit the road and head up to the state of Virginia this weekend when the Pirates visit Liberty for a two-day meet against the Flames.
Competition will be held at the Liberty Natatorium on Friday at 5 p.m. and on Saturday at 11 a.m.
ECU split its season-opening meets last Friday, falling to Duke 220-79 and defeating Boston College 186-113.
Tanith Mueller and Campbell Chandler each picked up wins in their collegiate debut, winning the 1000 free and 200 fly respectively. Frida Zuniga finished first in the 1-meter dive and placed second in the 2-meter dive.

The Pirates will compete against Campbell and UNC Asheville in a tri-meet at Buies Creek on Oct. 18.
