
Men’s Golf Announces 2026 Signing Class

GREENVILLE, N.C. – East Carolina Director of Golf Kevin Williams has announced Wednesday afternoon that Jackson Bryce and Lane Wilson have committed to play for the Pirates golf program in the fall of 2026.

Jackson Bryce (Cary/Green Hope High School)
Finished third at the 2025 TYGA Bojangles Junior … Claimed a fifth-place finish in 2024 AJGA at Lane Tree and 2024 CGA Dogwood Junior Boys Championship … Placed ninth at the CGA North Carolina Junior Boys Championship.

Lane Wilson (Greer, S.C./Riverside High School)
Won the 2025 South Carolina Junior Match Play … Finished second at the 2024 Jackie Seawall Juniors … Placed third in the 2024 SCJGA Players Championship … Took fourth place at the 2024 Harvey Brock Orange Jacket Classic … Ranks No 7 in his class in South Carolina.

Lane Wilson On Why He Chose East Carolina:Â "I chose East Carolina University because of the great facilities for student-athletes, both in athletics and academics. Including a great practice facility at Ironwood Country Club. I also know the coaching staff is going to help me become the best possible golfer I can be."

Coach Williams On Lane Wilson: "We are very excited to add Lane Wilson to our team next fall. Lane is very athletic and has a great golf IQ. He started scratching the surface of the type of golfer he can be this past summer highlighted by winning the South Carolina Match Play Championship. Lane will be a tremendous asset to our program!"
