"We had another great weekend, in spite of the weather on Saturday," head coach Curt Kraft said. "On Friday the two high lights without doubt were the men's sprint medley relay and the women's 5000 with Nicole Briggs. Even though we did not set the school record in the sprint medley relay, we ran a record setting time. Nicole ran a lifetime best race in the 5000m run which we were all very proud of. We will continue to work very hard as a team and hopefully good things will continue to happen."
The track and field teams will head to Durham this coming weekend to take part in the Duke Invitational April 4-5.
