Softball Changes UCF Series

GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina athletic officials have announced changes to this weekend's Conference USA series between ECU and UCF because of the forecast of heavy rain Saturday evening. The two teams will now begin Saturday's doubleheader at 10 a.m. The second game will follow approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.
Sunday's series finale is still scheduled to start at noon.
The Pirates, winners of six-straight games, are currently in second place in C-USA with a 6-3 record.
