Softball Cancels North Carolina Game

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Thursday's East Carolina softball game against North Carolina at Anderson Stadium in Chapel Hill, N.C., has been cancelled due to rain. The two teams will play a regularly-scheduled single game on Wednesday in Greenville at 4 p.m.
The Pirates (24-9, 9-3 C-USA) will try to extend their winning streak to 10 games this weekend when they face Tulsa (21-11, 6-2 C-USA), the Conference USA co-leader with ECU. Action begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday with a doubleheader.
