Softball Adds Two At NCCU

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina softball team announced Thursday the addition of a March 24th doubleheader at North Carolina Central. The first game is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start time at the Thomas Brooks Athletic Complex in Cary.
The cancellation of two games earlier this season due to rain allowed the Pirates to add the contests against the Eagles.
This weekend, ECU (11-11) begins Conference USA action with a three-game series at defending league regular season and tournament champion Tulsa (15-11, 2-1 C-USA). The teams play a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 2:00 p.m. and finish the set with a Sunday game at 1:00 p.m.
