Softball Reschedules N.C. State Games

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina softball team's doubleheader against rival N.C. State, originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 30, at the ECU Softball Stadium, has been postponed because of the forecast of inclement weather. The Wolfpack will now travel to Greenville for a doubleheader April 13 starting at 4:00 p.m.
East Carolina (25-10, 5-4 Conference USA) resumes action this weekend, traveling to Hattiesburg, Miss., for a three-game series against Southern Miss (10-20, 0-6 C-USA). Last season in Greenville, ECU captured 4-0, 1-0 and 5-0 victories and blanked the Golden Eagles 8-0 two weeks later during the first round of the C-USA Tournament in Houston.
