GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina men's golf team is set to host the 2017 East Carolina Intercollegiate April 3-4 at the par-72, 6,708-yard Brook Valley Country Club.

The Pirates, who won the event last season, are joined in the 11-team field by Coastal Carolina, Florida Gulf Coast, George Washington, Georgetown, High Point, Loyola (Md.), Maryland, Old Dominion, West Virginia and Western Kentucky.

East Carolina will use a line-up consisting of Tim Conover, Jackson Spires, Patrick Stephenson, Blake Taylor and Logan Shuping. Jack Sides, Clay Brown, Chris Akers and Josh Chandler will compete as individuals.

The two-day, 54-hole event will have 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday with teams teeing off the first and 10th tees beginning at 7:50 a.m.? Pirate fans can catch all the live action by logging onto BirdieFire.com.
