2019 Pirate Club Armada Schedule Set

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina University (ECU) Pirate Club will launch its annual Armada tour May 8, making the first of 12 stops this spring.

The tour begins in Williamston with a lunch stop followed by dinner in Virginia Beach. The remainder of the journey will include visits to Nags Head (May 9), Washington, N.C. (May 13), Raleigh (May 14), Durham (May 15), Fayetteville (May 15), Charlotte (May 16), Greenville (May 18), Morehead City (May 20), Greensboro (May 21) and Wilmington (May 22).

Following the Greenville Armada, which will begin at 11 a.m. on May 18 inside Johnson Stadium, the ECU baseball team will face Memphis in its regular season home finale at 1 p.m.at Clark-LeClair Stadium. Tickets for the local Pirate Club event are $20 and include a tailgate meal with all the fixings and two drink tickets. Kids 12 years old and under are free. Click here to purchase tickets.

The spring tour enables the Pirate Club to travel to areas within its footprint giving members, fans and friends to enjoy an up-close and personal experience with head coaches and administrators from ECU Athletics.

Scheduled to appear at select 2019 Pirate Club Armada stops along the spring tour will be head football coach Mike Houston, head men's basketball coach Joe Dooley, director of athletics Jon Gilbert and additional special guests. Speakers are subject to change.
