
Pirates Set To Host NC State and UNCW On Saturday

GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina women's swimming and diving team is set to host a meet for the first time in the 2025-26 season this weekend when the Pirates welcome in-state opponents NC State and UNCW inside Minges Natatorium.
The meet will be a diving only competition with events scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The last time the Pirates competed in the diving well was at Liberty back on Oct. 3-4 where ECU's divers turned in strong performances, headlined by Frida Zuniga placing first in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives. Zuniga along with freshman Romina Hernandez swept the American Conference Women's Weekly Diving Honors on Oct. 7.
