Pirates Set To Compete At American Conference Championship

Greensboro, N.C. – The East Carolina women's swimming and diving team returns to the pool this week when the Pirates will compete in the 2026 American Conference Swimming and Diving Championship in Greensboro.
The four-day event will run from Feb. 18-21 and will be held at the Greensboro Aquatics Center.
Live coverage of the championship will be available on ESPN+ for all eight sessions. Finals coverage will begin at 6 p.m. ET on Wednesday, 5 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday and 4:45 p.m. on Saturday.
East Carolina, who finished with an 8-3 dual meet record that included winning its last three, will compete against Florida Atlantic, Marshall, FIU, James Madison, Liberty, North Texas, Rice and Tulane.

* The 1,650-yard Freestyle is a timed final event. The fastest heat of scoring athletes will be swum at the beginning of finals. The remaining heats will begin prior to the start of the finals session (backed up from a 5 p.m. warm-up time, depending on the number of heats).
