GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina soccer team is set to begin its three-game homestand against a trio of in-state foes on Thursday evening when the Pirates welcome Campbell to Bill Clark Homes Field at Johnson Stadium for the team's home opener.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and the match will be streamed on ESPN+ with Zach Berly (play-by-play) and Evan Budrovich (analyst) on the call.
ECU will battle High Point on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. for the second contest of the three-game homestand.
Both games are free for the public to attend.
Last Time Out
The Pirates forced a 2-2 draw at UNCG this past Sunday on Caitlen-Star Dolan Boodram's long-range goal in the waning minutes of the second half. Anna Miotto also added a goal in the opening minutes for ECU. Lauryn Taylor assisted on both Pirate goals and was named American Conference Honorable Mention on Monday.
Scouting the Fighting Camels
Campbell enters Thursday evening's contest at 1-1 after defeating Longwood, 2-0, in its season opener and falling to App State, 3-1, in its home opener. Ava Kanaar leads Campbell in points with three and joins Avery Garrett and Laney Heafner as the three goal scorers thus far in 2026.
Scouting the Panthers
High Point hosts Marshall on Thursday evening in search of its first win of the season before making the trip to Greenville. The Panthers have yet to score a goal this season and both losses have been by a one-goal margin.

ECU leads the all-time series with Campbell 13-5-2 and the Pirates have won or forced a draw in the last six meetings. The last Pirate loss to Campbell was a 2-1 decision in extra time at Buies Creek on Aug. 17, 2012.
