2022-23: Indoor - Competed at all five meets... Set a PR at 800m... Was a member of the fifth and seventh DMR teams in program history, finishing fourth at the AAC championships in the event. Outdoor - Competed at five meets... Finished second in the 800m at the Trojan Challenge and Trojan Relays.

2021-22: Competed nine times across indoor and outdoor.

2020-21: Competed three times outdoors.

2019-20: Part of the 4x400 relay team that finished third at the Doc Hale Elite Meet, fifth at the Hokie Invitational and sixth at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge … Competed on the distance medley relay squad that was fifth at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships.

High School: Three-time all-conference performer ... Earned all-region accolades as a junior ... Won the Coaches Award his senior season.
