2024-25: Indoor – Competed at five meets in the weight throw with podium finishes in each meet… Won the weight throw at four meets, including her final three of the season… Became the fourth ECU thrower to break 20m in the event at the D1 Pre-National meet… Won the American Championship in the weight throw. Outdoor – Competed at seven meets in the hammer… Extended her win streak to four with a win in her opener at the Bill Carson Invite… Also won at the Charlotte Invite before earning another American Championship in the weight… Competed at the NCAA East First Round, finishing 23rd… Second woman in ECU history to win the weight and hammer throws in the same year.

2023-24: Indoor - Competed at five meets… Finished 19^th in both the shot put and weight throw at the American Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Competed at six meets… Finished fifth in the shot put and discus and sixth in the hammer at the Bill Carson Invitational… Scored points in seventh in the hammer at the American Outdoor Championships.

Prep: Team captain... Attended and placed third, fifth, and eighth at State Championship her junior and senior year... also played basketball and served as team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Rachel and Dustin Pringle... Has two siblings: Seth and Ava... Graduate of Providence School of Jacksonville where she was a member of the National Honor Society.
