GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina University women's track and field team set a new school record this past weekend at the Florida Relays.
The women's 4x100 meter shuttle hurdle team of Lindsay Dolan, Lanaire Lindo, Jaslyn Grullon and Brie Berkowitz finished in 3rd place in the event with a time of 1:01.59. The mark places each of them in the ECU record books as they posted the fastest time in the 4x100 meter shuttle hurdle event for the Pirates.
The Pirates earned 16 top ten finishes in last weekends meet, including seven top five finishes. The team returns to action this coming weekend, April 14-15, as they split time between the Carolina Fast Times meet and the Sea Ray Relays.
