Women's Tennis Secures Road Win at Campbell

Buies Creek, N.C. --- The ECU Women's tennis team secured a 5-2 victory in the team's first road win of the season at Campbell.

The Camels would secure the first match of the day and the doubles round point. ECU's duo of Hsia Ho Chiao and Nastja Rettich would defeat Campbell's Lea Cutura and Lou Regen, 6-4.
The Pirates would take five of the six singles matches. No. 52 Celia Ruiz picked up her second-straight singles victory with a 6-1, 6-2 score over Campbell's No. 1 Alexandra Andrivot. At the No. 2 spot, ECU's Lisa Hofbauer defeated Ana Castillo 6-4, 6-3. Nastja Rettich would defeat Isabel Boada 6-2, 6-1.
