2024-25: Competed in two cross country meets and two outdoor track meets.
2023-24: Cross Country - Did not Compete. Indoor - Competed at two meets… Was on the second-place DMR team at the Doc Hale VT Meet. Outdoor - Competed in the 5,000m at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge.
2022-23 (at Monmouth): Cross Country- Competed once during the cross country season, finishing fourth at the Delaware Opener. Track- Competed at seven meets indoors… Registered four individual top-10 performances… Was a member of the 2nd-place DMR team at the CAA Indoor Championships… Finished 13th in the 3,000m at the CAA Indoor Championships.

Prep: First Team All-SOL in track and cross country as a junior and senior... First Team All-District in track and cross country as a senior, Second Team All-State in cross country as a senior... Holds the Neshaminy school record in the 1600m with a time of 4:14.22, which was set at the 2022 PIAA Track and Field State Championships... Placed first at the 2020 and 2021 SOL Cross Country Championships... Won the 1600m and 3200m at the 2022 SOL Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Earned the Kiwanis Scholar Athlete Award which is given annually to the top two scholar athletes in the area who have maintained a high GPA while showcasing a high level of athletic ability in their sport.
