Produced a 23.03 finish in the 200-meter dash at the UNC Invitational (17th) for only placing in the event ... Also ran the 400 once, turning in a 23rd-place standing at the season-opening Virginia Tech Invitational (51.72) ... Participated in the 400 during the outdoor campaign, recording a career-best time of 49.32 at the UNC Fast Times Invitational (5th) ... Participated in the C-USA Outdoor Championships (prelims) and recorded a clip of 49.82 ... Other performance of note was an eighth-place sectional finish at the Raleigh Relays (50.59) ...
