James Manning

James Manning has served as the Team Manager for the ECU Lacrosse team since August 2018.
Among his duties with the lacrosse program, Manning records player performance statistics during both practice and games. He films the team practice sessions, uploads the film to Hudl and Krossover and helps prepare the field and equipment. Manning helps to run the scoreboard and shot clock during practice and games as well as promoting lacrosse events on the ECU campus.
Manning has also served in the ECU Athletic Department as a Game Operations Intern and a Pirate Marketing Crew Intern. In these roles, he has provided excellent customer service to Pirate fans at a variety of sports, including soccer, volleyball, basketball and football games.
Outside of Greenville, the Cranford, N.J., native worked as a Gameday Operations Intern for the New Jersey Jackals baseball team.
Manning is a member of the East Carolina Class of 2021 and is majoring in Sports Studies with a minor in Business Administration.
