Pirates Open Homestand With Loss To Columbia

RESULT
GREENVILLE, N.C. --- A trio of players recorded a hat for Columbia as the Lions defeated ECU, 18-6, Saturday at Johnson Stadium. The Pirates only trailed by a goal seven minutes into the game before Columbia scored five straight goals to take control of the contest.
Columbia led 8-3 at halftime and extended its lead to 13-6 in the first 10 minutes of the second half before adding five goals in the final 18 minutes.
