GREENVILLE, N.C. – The East Carolina lacrosse team hosts the Campbell Camels at 3 p.m. on Wednesday in Johnson Stadium. Attendance is free to all fans and a feed of the game will be available on ecupirates.com

Last Time Out
The Pirates ran past George Mason, 14-2, thanks to seven points from Frances Kimel, four goals from Sophia LoCicero and three goals from Leah Bestany. Brynn Knight was excellent in goal for the team with 11 saves and just two goals allowed. Knight earned AAC Goalkeeper of the Week honors for her effort while Kimel was named to the league's Weekly Honor Roll.

Scouting Campbell
The Camels enter the game with a 1-0 record after a blowout win over Stetson to open the season, 18-7. Sam Bischoff had an absurd day for Campbell with 10 points on a whopping eight goals and two steals as well as eight draw controls. For their efforts, Bischoff, Shae Fitzgerald and Delaney Nicolaus swept the Big South Conference's weekly awards on Feb. 14.

Campbell was 10-7 a year ago with Bischoff leading the way with 55 goals and 14 assists as well as 45 draw controls, 23 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers.

Series History
The Pirates lead the all-time series 3-2 with the three wins coming in the last three matchups in the series including a 13-10 victory a year ago in Buies Creek, N.C. Ellie Bromley led the Pirates that day with six points on four goals and a pair of assists.
