GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina lacrosse team will travel to Durham for a 5 p.m. matchup with the Duke Blue Devils on Tuesday in Koskinen Stadium. The game will be available for streaming on ACC Network Extra.

Last Time Out
The Pirates saw their comeback come up short against Temple on Saturday. After trailing by as many as seven, the team got within three goals in the fourth quarter but ran out of time as the Owls were able to hold on for the win. Frances Kimel led the Pirates with six points on three goals and three assists in the game.

Scouting the Blue Devils
Duke enters the game looking to rebound from an 18-3 loss to Boston College on Saturday. On the whole the Blue Devils have been solid with a 9-8 record including a ranked win over then-No. 22 Harvard. Katie DeSimone leads the team with 45 goals and 58 total points on the season while Kerry Nease has taken over on the draw with 50 draw controls on the season to lead the way. Courtney Kaufman and Kennedy Everson have split the work in goal this season, both with save percentages just under .400.

Series History
The Pirates and Blue Devils have met six times over the years with Duke taking all six games. The Pirates got close last year in a 13-10 game but a 6-3 first quarter proved crucial to the final outcome. Ellie Bromley led all scorers with four goals but the Blue Devils were dominant on the draw to the tune of a 19-7 final margin.
