GREENVILLE, N.C. - The East Carolina lacrosse team will host No. 10 Florida at noon on Saturday for Senior Day in Johnson Stadium. For fans unable to attend the game will be available for streaming on ESPN+ with Zach Berly and Debbie Taylor on the call.

The Pirates will be honoring a big and highly decorated class of seniors this weekend: Payton Barr, Ellie Bromley, Regina Di Chiara, Alexandra Giacolone, Carli Johnston, Maddie Kercher, Frances Kimel, Summer Morrison, Madeleine Saucier, Emily Stratton
Last Time Out
The Pirates led until Clemson tied with up with 11 seconds left in the first half. From there it was an 11-0 run for the Tigers as the Pirates were unable to score in the second half of the game. Brynn Knight had 11 saves and Alexandra Giacolone posted five ground balls, three caused turnovers and an assist but the Pirates were dominated 24-4 in the draw circle and ultimately didn't have enough of the ball to win.
Scouting the Gators
Florida enters the game with a No. 10 beside their name and an 11-2 record on the year - including a run of 11 games in a row after dropping their first two games of the year, both to top 10 teams. The Gators have been an offensive showcase with eight games of 20-plus goals on the year, including a 20-5 win over Vanderbilt last time out. Maggi Hall and Danielle Pavinelli have both posted over 50 points on the season with 62 and 55, respectively while Georgia Hoey has been superb in goal with a 7.56 goals against average.
